With academic credentials in M.Com and a Diploma in Personnel Management (DPM), she began her professional journey in a modest role at KSRTC. Through dedication and consistent professional growth, she rose to the esteemed position of Chief Accounts Officer cum Financial Advisor in both BMTC and KSRTC.

After opting for voluntary retirement, she transitioned into entrepreneurship, establishing herself as a committed and visionary woman entrepreneur. Her extensive background in finance provides a strong strategic foundation to lead the company toward sustained growth and success. Supported by a capable technical team and the guidance of the CMD, she now spearheads operations in manufacturing, consultancy, and services, with a clear vision for innovation, excellence, and long-term impact.
